Paying homage to our heritage – A Cooper, the person who makes the whiskey barrels; The Cooper Theater; and because we love whiskey and the movies – we have named our private dining space the “Cutting Room”.
The Cutting Room features handcrafted, etched windows that open out into our main bar, allowing you to control the privacy of your event.
Book the Cutting Room for your meeting, cocktail party, special dinner, or whatever the occasion may be! This space offers a 50” flat-screen plasma television with AV capabilities, cleverly masked behind beautiful millwork.

Ginger Up! Cut your 2Gingers Irish Whiskey with ginger ale to enjoy our signature cocktail, the Big Ginger. If you prefer your whiskey uncensored, we feature a wide variety of premium and special reserve blends that perform nicely either neat or on the rocks. Although we’d have to send you up the street a door or two, to watch a film, we’ll gladly cut you some whiskey right here!
