Cutting Room

Paying homage to our geographical heritage – and because we love the movies – we have christened our secluded private dining / party space the “Cutting Room”, evoking the activity that ensures perfection and passionate attention to detail.  (Just don’t end up on the cutting room floor…)

Although we’d have to send you up a door to two to watch a film, we’ll cut you some whiskey right here – the Cutting Room features slide-up windows that open onto our main bar, allowing you to control the privacy of your event. Cut your whiskey with ginger ale to enjoy our signature Big Ginger, or with orange juice, lemon and fresh ginger for our O’Ginger. If you prefer your whiskey uncensored, we feature a wide variety of premium and special reserve varieties that perform nicely either neat on the rocks.

Book the Cutting Room for your meeting, cocktail party, special dinner, or the big game – a 50” flat-screen plasma television, slyly masked in the beautiful millwork and laptop-compatible, will facilitate all your audiovisual needs.
